当店の配送プロセスおよびご注文の追跡方法について、知っておくべきすべての情報をご案内いたします。

日本国内配送

1. お届けまでの期間

通常、ご注文からお届けまで約7〜11日のお時間をいただいております。

準備期間：2~3営業日
ご注文確認後、商品の検品・梱包などの準備を行います。

配送期間：5~8営業日
準備完了後、発送からお届けまでにかかる目安の期間です。

また、海外倉庫からの配送となるため、輸送距離や通関手続きの影響により天候・交通状況・予期せぬ不可抗力により遅延が発生する場合がございます。

ご注文商品が45日以内に未着の場合は、全額返金の対象となります。もし特定の日付までに必ず受け取りたい場合は、事前にお問い合わせください。

ご希望のお受け取り期限までに商品が届かなかったことを理由とした返金には対応しておりませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

2. 配送方法と追跡について

日本国内の配送は「佐川急便」が担当いたします。

📦 国際物流番号について

全てのご注文は発送後、追跡番号を記載した確認メールをお送りいたします。配送状況をご確認いただけます。
お届けに使用される追跡番号は国際物流の追跡番号です。

以下のサイトより配送状況をご確認ください：

日本到着後、国内配送（佐川急便）に引き継がれると追跡情報が上記サイトにも反映されます。

ご注文時にご入力いただくお届け先住所や連絡先は正確にご記入ください。誤りがある場合、配送が遅れる可能性がございます。

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to a wide range of countries and regions, including the United States (most of the mainland), Australia, Canada, Singapore, Vietnam, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, South Korea, Thailand, New Zealand, Russia, and the United Kingdom.

The estimated delivery time for international shipments is approximately 8–15 business days.

Please confirm the shipping cost at checkout, as it may vary depending on your destination and order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress. Simply visit an international tracking platform (such as 17TRACK) and enter the tracking number provided in your email to view the latest shipping status.

Shipping times may occasionally be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or global disruptions. Orders not delivered within 45 days (or 90 days for remote areas) will be eligible for a full refund.

2. 配送料について

ご注文金額が税込6,000円以上の場合、送料無料でお届けします。

ご注文金額が6,000円未満の場合、700円の送料を頂戴いたします。

※一部商品は送料無料対象となります。
※ご住所入力後、チェックアウト画面にて、具体的な送料をご確認ください。

3. 複数回の発送について

ご注文内容によっては、複数の商品を別々に発送させていただく場合がございます。

追跡番号が複数届いた際は、それぞれのお荷物の到着をお待ちください。

4. 配送遅延について

天候や交通状況、繁忙期などにより、配送に遅れが生じる場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
